How big are the print sizes?

Can I order a custom print size?

Yes! Please contact me for more information and the dimensions you need, and I will confirm pricing.

How will my artwork be shipped?

Originals: All original artwork on stretched canvas will be carefully packed and shipped via UPS Ground. Or an equivalent service.

Prints: Prints which are 11x14” and smaller will ship in a flat mailing envelope, larger prints will be rolled in a tube. All orders will be mailed at the post office within 10-15 business days.

I offer free standard ground shipping on all prints. This includes small prints shipped via USPS and large prints shipped via FedEx or UPS.

For Originals, I offer a choice between insured delivery via USPS, or free local delivery if you are in the Bend (Deschutes County) area.

For customers looking for faster delivery options, I can provide shipping upgrades at an additional cost. During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose from available upgrades for expedited shipping.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Do you offer international shipping?

We love our international customers, but at this time, we only offer shipping within the United States from this website. If you are an international customer, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

What is your return/exchange policy?

I don’t accept returns/exchanges on prints or originals unless they’re damaged during shipping and I’m notified within 14 days of delivery. If you have any questions about color, size, or quality prior to purchase, please feel free to contact me. I’d be happy to give more details about the artwork, and answer any questions you may have. I want to make sure you receive the very best piece of artwork!

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
